Below are a selection of animal portraits I've done on ingres paper which has a beautiful grain.  Recently I began to use a velour paper which I have found to be fantastic for the animal portraits as it gives a true furry feel to the drawing. I now tend to use only the velour paper as the quality of my work has improved since using it.  

Above is a drawing I did of a gorgeous mini dachshund named Sophie who sadly passed away before Christmas.  Although the photo is not clear it is still possible to create something memorable, so don't be afraid to approach me with something you didn't think possible.  I'll do my best to create something for you.
